Mr. Su has extensive litigation experience in the defense of employment, professional liability, real estate, general business disputes, breach of contract, and unlawful detainer actions. Mr. Su’s employment practice includes sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour actions. Mr. Su’s professional liability practice includes defending lawyers, real estate brokers, healthcare professionals, and insurance professionals. Mr. Su also has prior experience as an in-house corporate attorney.
Mr. Su is admitted to practice before all California State Courts, the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
Mr. Su received his Juris Doctor from the Loyola Law School. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of California at Los Angeles.
